This time i am building a smoker out of an old 500 gal propane tank. I wanted to build something smaller foot print, i have a 14.5 weber smoky mountain cooker that works awesome but is a bit small if i want to do any volume of smoked meat.

I just secured a 60 gallon vertical compressor that i am in the process of turning into a smoker. What you want to do is cut them right below the top of the tank in order to get as much flat surface as possible.
